Our boiler went down recently and after another contractor told us it couldn’t be repaired due to obsolete parts, Dimitri was kind enough to come out on short notice to fully evaluate the problem. He determined that the problem wasn’t the principal control panel but a component within that panel that could be replaced thus saving us from having to replace the system. Super responsive, diligent, and looking out for what is in the customer’s best interest. As the saying goes - why would you call anyone else?

I won’t let anyone else touch my HVAC system! I bought my townhouse 2 years ago and I’ve been using Hellas the entire time. They were recommend by the previous owner and I see why. The technicians make me feel comfortable because they know my system really well. On the first visit the technician gave me tips and tricks for keeping my place warm while saving money. I keep using Hellas because of the friendly service and the transparent pricing.

I am very happy with Hellas and their staff. I particularly request John every 6 months but I am certain they are all extremely competent mechanics. I just let John in and get on with it. Besides working on the units he reviews the systems with me regarding age and wear as well as settings within the ducting flow and vent baffles. Highly recommend Hellas and John.
